1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, campaign performance metrics, and browser/device information.

Customer Data

You may upload or connect customer data (e.g., customer profiles, purchase history, engagement events) for use in campaign personalization. We process this data solely on your behalf as a data processor.

2. How We Use Information

Service delivery: To operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating personalized campaign content and measuring results.
Analytics: To provide you with aggregate insights and performance reporting.
Communication: To send you service-related notices and respond to support requests.
Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not use your Customer Data to train AI or machine-learning models. Customer Data is processed only to generate personalized content for your campaigns in real-time and is not retained for model training purposes.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

LLM providers: We transmit prompts containing de-identified or pseudonymized data to Anthropic for real-time content generation. Anthropic does not retain this data for training.
Hosting and infrastructure: We use cloud hosting providers to operate the Service.
Destination platforms: At your direction, we deliver generated messages to third-party platforms (e.g., Attentive, Braze, Klaviyo, SFMC, Iterable) that you configure.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Account Information for the duration of your account plus thirty (30) days after termination. Customer Data is retained only for the duration of your subscription and is deleted within thirty (30) days of account termination or upon your earlier request. Usage Data is retained in aggregate form for up to twenty-four (24) months.

5. Your Rights

GDPR (EEA/UK Residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, and restrict processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance and legitimate interests.

CCPA (California Residents)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics purposes only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the Service may not function properly.

7. Data Processing Agreement

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
