When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, campaign performance metrics, and browser/device information.
You may upload or connect customer data (e.g., customer profiles, purchase history, engagement events) for use in campaign personalization. We process this data solely on your behalf as a data processor.
We do not use your Customer Data to train AI or machine-learning models. Customer Data is processed only to generate personalized content for your campaigns in real-time and is not retained for model training purposes.

We retain Account Information for the duration of your account plus thirty (30) days after termination. Customer Data is retained only for the duration of your subscription and is deleted within thirty (30) days of account termination or upon your earlier request. Usage Data is retained in aggregate form for up to twenty-four (24) months.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, port, and restrict processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance and legitimate interests.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
